Director of Missions
Dr. Eddington has served as Director of Missions at Three Rivers Baptist Association since 2005. He and his wife, Debbie, came to Three Rivers with a passion for church starting and church health.
Education: Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1991), Doctor of Ministry from Canadian Baptist Seminary (1997)
Experience: Church planter in Iowa, Canada, and Nevada; Senior pastor of church planting churches; Trained church health consultant

Administrative Assistant
Kathy has been with Three Rivers Baptist Association since 2007. She is the wife of Pastor Ken Schultz of Crosswinds Church in Plainfield, and serves as a Life Group leader and is involved in various church ministries.
Background: Part of the team that planted Crosswinds Church in 2005 with her husband and five other families
