Three Rivers Baptist Association exists to serve our churches. When your local Southern Baptist church partners with the association, you gain access to the training, relationships, and resources that help pastors and congregations grow — while keeping full autonomy over your local church and its mission.
Affiliation is a voluntary, cooperative relationship. Your church's board remains the final authority on all local decisions. What you gain is partnership: the association works with you, not for you.
Our Director of Missions meets with the pastors monthly at Pastor Cohorts in each quadrant. He knows each church, and can provide practical support through the ordinary and the difficult seasons.

We invite autonomous local Southern Baptist churches in the region — from the Chicago suburbs to rural communities, traditional or contemporary, large or small. Together, partnering churches also share strategic collaboration on evangelism, missions, and church planting across the Will, Grundy, LaSalle, Kankakee, Kendall, and Cook county area — and connection to the Illinois Baptist State Association and the Southern Baptist Convention.
